Why Bed and Breakfasts are Different

July 21st, 2010 by admin

For many people, going on holiday is simply about seeing a new part of the country, its towns, villages, stately homes and other attractions.

For others though visiting a new part of the UK is as much about meeting new people as it is about traditional tourist activities.

if you’re one of those people, make sure you try staying in bed and breakfasts rather than hotels. In a bed and breakfast, you are actually staying in somebody’s home as their guest. It’s an altogether more social experience than the sometimes impersonal world of the large chain hotel.

Because your hosts live locally, they’ll be able to help you get the most from your holiday by recommending the best places to see and to eat.
