Safe and Easy Resistance Band Training

As an athlete that has to travel just as much as I play it is important that I can grab a workout anywhere that I go. For instance, I have to plan ahead to either have a gym at the location I am visiting or at the very least I have my resistance bands with me to warm up the key muscles I use in my game. Especially knowing that Resistance band training is excellent for maximizing your vertical jump you can also get in a workout with these little bands that fit easily into any bag that you are taking on any trip.
