A bit of time to put some dollars aside

A couple of years ago we had been looking around at south african property for sale but at the time the prices were too high for us to be able to afford, now however, the prices are at a reasonable level so we are back on the hunt for our new home. As well as the market dropping a bit, we have also been able to us the time that has passed to put a few more dollars aside and we are now in a much better position to go to the bank for the remaining amount. We already have our eyes on a couple of places but we will see what happens with that and if they are in our price bracket.
