Cuboid syndrome Happens in active people

February 14th, 2010 by admin

In these recent days there are a lot of dissimilar overuse syndromes and conditions that affect athletes and other energetic people. You need to have good biomechanics if you are going to be active. Good biomechanics is like having the wheels of a car in alignment. If the wheels are out of alignment, then there is likely to be some wear and tear that will eventually lead to a break down. So it is with athletes and conditions such as cuboid syndrome. If the feet are not in alignment, then there will be some additional wear and tear that will eventually lead to some sort of breakdown.
