Astral Projection - Is it Real or is it Just a Dream?

There are nights when we have a dream of a place it’s so real and you can feel everything in it. Is it a dream or is it for real? Do you believe your spirit travels in to the astral plane when you sleep? Yes there are things that still needs be elucidated; one of these is the occurrence of astral projection. Though well documented, its occurrence still has many people in the scientific community skeptical. Not everyone is convinced of the existence of these paranormal events, for one they have no logical explanations and only some have the ability to do or feel such things.
