Whew, They Liked The Property

I wonder when you know it is time to sell? I am afraid that I have messed up on ,y first purchase and that I will lose all my investment. I am taking a few months off my normal job to try out the commercial foreclosure gold rush bonus tracking. I am supposed to buy a property, then either sell, or find renters. It is a little harder than it looks, especially if you are as nervous as I am these days! I will now in a few hours if the new tenant is happy, then I will count this foray into business a success!
