Commodity Futures Market Ratio
January 26th, 2012 by admin
As you get into the idea of calculating your success ratio in the commodity futures market, you will know that the maximum leverage that you can get is from four to one, depending on the accuracy of your price projection, based on factors that you have considered, whether it may be within the financial circle or without.
However, despite of the said ratio that assures success, there is still a chance for you to experience loss and risks, which is why you need to at least leave 25% of the position so that the trade can be as normal. This ratio could be more than enough to give you confidence in the market.
