Quick Chocolate Muffins

I always make it a point to inspect the baking aisle when I’m at the store. Nevertheless, you would have me drawing a blank if you queried me about the best mixers. Mixers like the one I have aren’t easily replaced. It’s such a quality mixer that they still sell it nowadays. The limited space of my kitchen pushed me to acquire the minutest hand mixer I could find. As such, I think the phrase ‘less is more’ also goes for baked goods that leave you craving more. Still, there are some things which are always better in big quantities, like dark chocolate muffins. It’s a good thing those are a jiffy to cook.
