I said it has to be for the mother

You know how many people throw those parties for the mother to be? Well I have done this too but I put a slightly different swing on things. I told the guest to bring something for the wishing well, a small gift but it was to be for the mother not the newborn. I want her to feel special, we also are going to have one filled with stuff for the child. I bought appropriate baby shower favors online, and I used them to decorate, but I didn’t use them in the usual way. I think she will be surprised and I also made everything look more like a dinner party than anything else. I thinks she will love it.
