Lunches and Losing Weight

Recently I joined a weight loss support group offered by my home school co-op. We meet once a week in order to share our successes, our failures and any quick weight loss tips we have discovered. One tip that I found to be very helpful concerns lunches. We are all busy moms and often things take longer than we plan for them to. Yet, you don’t want to be out and need to pick up lunch because everyone is hungry. An easy way to avoid this is to pack a bag lunch for every member of the family. Make sure all of the foods are non-perishable and can be kept in a bag for a few days without spoiling. Throw all of the lunch bags into a cooler or bag and put it in the car. If you don’t make it home for lunch, just grab your bagged ones and eat away. If you do make it home, put the lunches back in the fridge for the next day. It will save you money and help you to lose weight.
