By drinking at least 10 glasses of water daily, you can help speed up your weight loss. Not only does drinking water help you feel more full, it also helps to keep you hydrates. Very often, when we think we are hungry, we are not actually hungry, but we are thirsty. Sometimes a glass of water is all that you need to help keep you going throughout the day, and in between meals. Instead of drinking soda or eating junk food, just try to fill yourself up with water.
