Microsoft Windows XP has Remote assistance software installed by default. It is present in the start menu. The basic purpose of remote assistance is to get help from the person you trust. For example, you need to hide a file and you ask your friend to help you out. Now, both of you are connected through remote assistance. Your friend is allowed to use your computer. He can use it by his mouse cursor and keyboard by sitting at his home and can guide you easily. But there is a problem that how to connect remotely to another computer vista. You are using xp and the other computer is using windows vista. Now, there is a software through you can upgrade your remote assistance software to latest version. And Vista is by default using a latest version. When the both version matches, you’ll be able to connect without any problem.
