I am always surprised by the number of people that don’t have lighters in their homes.  For some reason people think that the only people that need lighters are smokers, but this thinking is way off base.  I keep a waterproof lighter handy because you just don’t know when you might need one.  I also keep a flashlight handy that has fresh batteries in it.  It’s also a good idea to keep a supply of water in your home as well.  Many people take our public utilities for granted and may end up regretted their failure to plan for the unexpected.

Australian MotoGP: The Second Time Around

I was lucky enough to have a MotoGo holiday back in the late 1990’s.  That time, I went to Australia.  I am two times lucky because this year I will be going back for the second time!  I will be attending the Australian MotoGP that will be held on Philips Island. The track is amazing.  The view of the ocean in the backdrop is a sight to be seen.  Pictures can only begin to describe how thrilling yet beautiful this track is.  I will be going in just a few short months.  I am so excited I have already started packing!

Cheap Airsoft Guns as Favors

My wife is an authorized party planner, whatever that means, and she takes her job seriously. Every birthday party and baby shower must be perfect, even for our own kids when it’s just the family around. Our son had a birthday party a couple of months ago, and like normal she went all out.

The party had a theme -airsoft guns, and colors and she even went and bought a ton of cheap airsoft guns as party favors that the boys could play with at the party. Good idea, except that some of the parents weren’t too hip that we bought guns for their kids to play with when they got home.
