I don’t even know if that makes any sense, but anyway, these coins are great. The sovereign has been around for a looong time. And what a great way to diversify your collection of gold eagles or Canadian maples. These coins are not as sought-after as I think the gold eagle and Krugerrand are, but they still are nonetheless, a great gold bullion coin to have. 

Remember, its the gold content that really matters here, so don’t be too concerned with the popularity of the coin, even though you wouldn’t want to have all gold sovereigns.
