My daughter just moved out of our house to go to college. In the process of moving she somehow managed to break her car door window, of course being a college student she does not have much money to fix a car window. She took the car in and they gave her a great price, the car window was fixed that day and she was on her way to college. On Saturday I was over at my folks house visiting with my dad while my mother was out shopping for food. My dad and I have always gotten along so our visits are pleasant. At one point during our conversation my father brought up the fact my mother’s birthday was coming up. She is turning sixty years old and my father wanted to buy her a “giant” gift. He said that he was probably going to wind up buying her a brand New Audi. He said he has been secretly e test driving some and he believes my mother would love this kind of car.

CRZ Looks to Loosen the Toytoa Stanglehold

Even though Honda introduced the first hybrid vehicle to the US market, it has been Toyota that has taken complete control of the hybrid sales, not only in the US, but worldwide. Honda is looking to take another piece of the pie from Toyota with their 3rd hybrid vehicle the US, the 2011 CRZ Sports Hybrid. The are not looking to the CRZ to change things over night, but hey are looking to sell about 15,000 units for 2011. With a starting price under $20,000, Honda will have the two lowest priced hybrid vehicles on the market. Don’t let low price fool you, the CRZ has excellent features and should do well in the young US market.

The extra weight of the Land Rover Discovery probably was the reason it was the first Land Rover to be produced with a rear locking differential.The other big feature in the land rover discovery 3 was the full independent suspension or FIS. This was an air suspension system which allowed the ride height of the vehicle to be modified by simply pumping or deflating the system. This provided a more versatile vehicle that could be raised when off road and lowered for a more comfortable, and safe, handling. However, many car owners felt that this feature caused the vehicle to bottom out when taking the car off road. An attempt to solve this issue was made by installing a cross linked air suspension system that mimics a beam axle.These features were included to adapt the new model to a changing 4×4 market. Off road performance was no longer a priority as more and more users were using 4×4s nearly exclusively on the road and demanded a smooth and comfortable ride. This is precisely where the LR3 stands out, providing refined on road manners while still being a “REAL 4X4″ with hardcore off road performance.

I Found My Dog Hiding Behing Some Used Wheels, Silly Dog

I  was driving around last night while I was looking for my dog. He had gotten past me when I opened the door and ran into the street. I was scared to death that he would get hit by a car, or someone would pick him up and take him to the shelter. Luckily I found him down the road at the store that sells Used Wheels. He was behind a stack of tires in the front of their shop. He ran right over to the car and jumped right in the seat. He seemed really glad to see me, even if he knew he was in trouble.
