Explain the procedure about, how we can change the Network Provider. Complete our existing contract term, or pay the remaining line rental due to the end of the contract period. Check with our existing service provider if we are unsure of our contractual terms. Order our new contract deal once we have got our Port Authorization Code. This can be done online, simply choose the deal that best suits our usage requirements. During the order process we will be asked for our PAC Code. PAC Code process will take up to 7 working days. Our SIM will no longer work Once this process is complete and we will be given a new SIM card by our service provider. If we have chosen a new phone but are keeping the same network, we cannot ‘port’ our number. Our current service provider will provide us with an upgrade and the same number. If we have not fulfilled our contractual obligations IE we haven’t completed our contract with our network provider we will be unable to ‘port’ our number. Check our existing terms and conditions with our current service provider to establish when we can change networks. This is the procedure.
