Advertising publishing jobs are related to the effective management of all aspects of the advertising business, understanding your clients’ business, managing expenses & travel budgets, and understanding the competitive set. They have to maximize revenues from existing advertisers while proactively seeking out and converting new business on a consistent basis. The advertising publishing job holder is responsible for being proactive in relations with advertisers, analyzing the publishing trends within various advertising categories, and working closely with counterparts in other ad offices in developing new business. The advertising publishing manager has to build and maintain relationships with all managers of assigned advertising agencies and clients. The advertising publishing job candidate should have the following qualifications: – BS / BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience – Minimum of 4 years online display advertising sales experience – A proven track record of revenue and market-share growth – Experience in structuring integrated print and online programs – Knowledge of computers and softwares like DART, MediaVisor, Atlas, required
